Emma & Elias Programme

The goal of the Emma & Elias  (2012–2017) funded by RAY, the Finnish Slot Machine Association, is to promote the health and social welfare of children and their families. To achieve this, the programme attempts to discover, strengthen and diversify methods of operation suitable for non-profit organisations. The programme concentrates on improving the circumstances for growth among 15-year-old and younger children.

In addition to matters related to the use, payment, supervision and monitoring of the funding, RAY’s funding department will be responsible for preparing the funding decisions for functions and projects selected for the programme, while the Central Union for Child Welfare will be responsible for operational coordination.
